The box checked shows the alphabetical bar at the top, unchecked should show the bar to the right side.
Your mogul release rom is very similiar to the vogue one.

Not on mine. The index is completly gone. Nothing on the top and nothing to the right.....

Only issue I have is one that showed up on the 3.49 leaked rom, and wasn't fixed on this version. When in messaging, sometimes in landscape mode, the messaging screen will be cut off on the right side. In other words, the messaging window will not fill up the entire screen. Have the same problem sometimes with the Today screen in landscape mode as well. Also, the notifications don't always seem to work.

one issue i have is with texting.. when i reply the window that my text shows up in doesnt always scroll down.. so i can only see the first line of my reply message until i send it..... is this just me?

Try pressing the the keyboard button on screen and closing it back up..yah know the one that lets you type on screen without using the qwerty keyboard

it also doesnt seem like the gps upgrade did anything. i installed astrogps ... and now my gps works great... i think its called astro gps but it loaded iGuidance and tomtom launcher.. i use garmin mobile xt

I just noticed that as well. You only see the first line.

What happend to the message sent notification? I used to get the little popup that my test message was sent in earlier ROM versions but not this one.
Also, can't turn the darn thing off. Holding in the power button brings up the power down confirmation and clicking on it does nothing except turn the screen off.

The messege sent notification has been disabled in this release due to the many requests to have it disabled. Don't worry, you will still get a notification if your text does not go thru. IF you want to change it back:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
create a new key "Settings"
create a new string value "SMSNoSentMsg" and set the value to 0
Hit ok and select "Ok" to save and you are in business.

Also my address book has that issue of not showing the alphabetic index on the right sometimes. Looked in the registry and found this setting. ?
