Did anybody try adding additional OEM's to the kitchen?

Just finished mine (added some OEM's), getting ready to flash. If you use the PPCKitchen, you can put the OEM's on both the USER_OEM or the no2chem_Generic_OEMS folders.

Yes it works just fine. I can even change the tapres96 and shellres96 dll modules ( I do this because I have custom icons) and that works as well. Just put your user oem's to the no2chem_Generic_OEMS folder or ppc kitchen USER_OEM folder.

So the path to dump your oem or to copy PPC Oem's would be simular to the following:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Kitchens\NueROM\no2ch em_Generic_OEMS

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\USER_OEM

Cheers,

Mikee

One issue on pre1 3.0 is the new kind of like f touch flo setup sometimes has troubles when scrolling to different folders on exchange (poutlook) and selecting execution items, like psshutxp. It works but you have to kind of tap tap tap tappppp and then it will execute. No2Chem is there anyway to configure the new like f touch flo?

Cheers,

Mikee

Just finished flashing my phone a bit ago, USER_OEMS worked just fine for me. Any particular reason NOT to use that folder?

I was using the dcd kitchen and used some of no2chems oem's in there. When I went back to the ppckitchen using no2chems kitchen when I copied my oems from dcd kitchen and it was causing a conflict with duplicate modules. My fault I should not have copied no2chems oems back to the ppckitchen. =P So you are correct, placing them in the USER_OEM should be ok.

BTW, no2chem, I LOVE the boot screen! After installing all my needed apps and configuring my home screen, I'm still at 31.5MB free on boot. NICE! Now, if ONLY my camera worked :D
