Cool ;)

On a side note though, I don't know for sure if it's my other phone, but when I try to send a file via bluetooth (using Total Commander) from my Treo 700wx to my Titan (nuerom3 pre1), it never sends, the window just shuts down. Anyone else have this problem?

i really like the breakthrough in this rom but its lack of drivers and utilities has caused me to go back to pre8. it took me like 15 trys to get an activesync connection in nuerom3. that said, it is a great work in progress and i am positive i will use it once it is all finished. keep up the good work and i will keep up the donations.

btw im not sure i like the nuenobar. i like having the buttons at the bottom... maybe u can make this an option in the final build of whether or not you want it. thanks again

nueROM 3 MSVC Kitchen problem

1 Attachment(s)
Ok so I found a problem and I made a fix for it. If cooking a rom in the nueROM 3 kitchen with a MSVC OEM you earpiece audio gateway will not work to initiate a MSVC call. To fix this it requires a reg hack. Instructions below:

Using any registry editor go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Au dioGateway\

Replace the current value of BTAGExtModule and change it to \windows\vcbthag.dll

Soft reset via software reset like psshutxp and you can now make calls from your earpiece via MSVC.

Registry import file attached, just download it and run it if you do not manually want to change the entry.

NOTICE this is for nueROM 3 kitchen and cooking the MSVC into the rom. If you install MSVC from a cab you should have no problems.

What issues are you having......I loaded it up and am having no issues as of running it for about 4 hours.....the only issue I had is with Nueaudio and of course the camera....

Edit: Spoke to soon, it just started acting crazy....it started scrolling on its own and I had to soft reset....lol

Finally up and running! thanks No2 for all ur help!

Has anyone else experienced problems with activesync opening up on its own? I've done all the typical edits to disable, but still it keeps opening.

-TOV

Edit:
I decided the load pretty much every program I have. Ended up with 10 MB of RAM when I was done, which is pretty good. :-)
Running PIE brought the RAM down to 1MB, but even when it dropped to 0MB I was still zipping along browsing online just fine until the Activesync started going nuts opening up several times a minute and closing again.

if you dont have a hardware keyboard it could be useful, but w/ a hardware keyboard...
