Re: nueROM 2.2 Bleeding Edge Report Thread

ROM Version you are running: no2chem 2.2pre8
Applications you have installed: Many, but issue is present the minute I hide the lower bar using PCM TodayShrink (vjtoggletodayIIalpha) - this has been present in all previews as well as 20226 from the PPCKitchen.
Carrier: Sprint

Describe concisely, the issue you are experiencing:
I use the entire today screen - screen shot is attached - note the space where the bottom bar would normally be - this is dead space.

Expect to see:
On 5067, DCD3.2.2, and 19855 and previous ROMs this issue does not exist.

ROM Version you are running: no2chem 2.2pre8
Applications you have installed: None - fresh install
Carrier: Sprint

Describe concisely, the issue you are experiencing:
DCINOBAR still not removing bottom bar from todayscreen cleanly. The text of the softkeys that were onscreen at time of launching dcinobar remain fixed on todayscreen softkeys until reset...

Describe what you expected to happen: when launching dcinobar, the softkeys on the todayscreen should disappear.

ROM Version you are running: PRE-8
Applications you have installed:
Jbed
Shrunkworks
TCPMP
Google Maps
Palringo
Google Search
Total Commander
sMMs
Weather Watcher
Carrier:Sprint

Describe concisely, the issue you are experiencing:
Anyone having problems with people hearing you when talking on the phone.. It could be this phone or maybe the rom... I just received this refurb phone last week. I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem, before I flash a stock rom back on the phone for testing...
I read through that long thread before the new one was created and I didn't see anything, but who knows.

Thanks Nicholas

I can confirm the reply all issue with the pocket outlook is still assigned to the soft key instead of reply when you click into a email.

The other bug I see if it is a bug No2Chem is in the root screen of the text messaging app. Instead of saying delete on the left soft key it says reply

Could just be the windows ce build is now hard coded that way. Anyway it sucks having it that way and would be nice to have it back to delete. Also the email reply all instead of reply the other issue. Hopefully there is some way to change the mapping of the soft keys.

Re: nueROM 2.2 Bleeding Edge Report Thread

no2chem 2.2pre8
No Apps - Stock Rom
Sprint

Issue:
Under "Settings" opening "Buttons." If i hit ok to exit without any changes it says:
"Each program button must have a unique button assignment. Please select a different button assignment."

Expected:
Exit out of program.

Work around:
I set the button called "Button" to "none" and was able to exit without other changes.

Re: nueROM 2.2 Bleeding Edge Report Thread

rsion you are running: no2chem 2.2 pre8
Applications you have installed: SPB Mobile Shell 2.1, SPB PocketPlus 4.02, TomTom 7
Carrier: Alltel

Describe concisely, the issue you are experiencing:
Every time I connect the usb cable to the phone to charge or sync, a message displays on the phone "Connect To, user authorization". I have the choice to disable or hide. I have checked under notifications and everything is unchecked for active sync. Plugging up the phone also causes the system32 folder to open. This has started happening since trying out rom 19588 and 20226.

Describe, step by step how to reproduce this issue:
1. Hook up phone via usb cable

Describe what you expected to happen:
The device should have done nothing but initialize a sync in the background and start charging the phone. No message displays.

ROM Version you are running: prev8
Applications you have installed: FTtouchFlo 1.4.1, Opera9 mobile, tcpmp, pocketflash7, microsoft reader, pocket cm 24, resco explorer
Carrier:Sprint

Describe concisely, the issue you are experiencing: During SDautoconfig, the keylock pops-up and interferes with certain installations, requiring a soft reset and finnishing the autoconfig manually. (moving the hardware switch did not stop the autolock. (Perhaps an idletime whether off or on and if possible a entering a password say after the device has been idle for 2 hours would be nice for security reasons as the built in key lock messes with the display timeout no matter what you set it to.)
For example, if you are experiencing the device locking after calibrating the screen, state that when you calibrate the device through the control panel, the device freezes and the only way to recover is a soft reset.
