Just a 3D driver as far as I know, and no it doesn't seem to work on Touch/Vogue yet. Supposedly there are a few games with 3D stuff in them, but otherwise...really no benefit from using it.

Which ever is easiest for you- both ways would work. Sometimes too many duplicate GUID errors will crash Buildos, but usually you can get away with 1 or 2 of them.

iBliss dialer issues
We are hearing of possible issues with the ibliss dialer breaking rings on phone. I will test this tomorrow to confirm, but for now you might want to chose another dialer.
