Re: Linux/Android working on Titan

Any chance with Android 1.0 that we'll be able to calibrate the screen? That's my biggest problem at this point with the Titan, Android 0.9 is good but it seems like because "Settings" is unavailable for now, it's making it limited in what we can do.

Also, what other button combos work on my Titan besides the Q key and the Shift key?

Re: Linux/Android working on Titan

you already can calibrate the screen by holding the camera button and taping the corners of the screen.

Re: Linux/Android working on Titan

Can the keyboard for the Titan be coded to work with Android just the same as the keyboard for the G1 is? It can't be that hard with an open source operating system like Android to get all the buttons on our phones(Titan, Vogue, or otherwise) to work on Android like they do on Windows Mobile. That's what I want to see.

Also, the ability to not only dial phone calls, but if I'm going to dial my voicemail then I want to be able to enter my password and not have the dialer put 2 numbers in vs. just 1 per tap.

Re: Linux/Android working on Titan

I too get the red laser of death on my Bell PPC6800. I get about a 3 sec glimpse of the home page and then back to the laser. Too bad because this looks really cool. Using 20273 (3.56) ROM with 3.35.04 radi0, 1 GB SD card about 45% full.
