just here to give back to the community all that ive been given, let me know how it goes, and even if you get it to work, let me know if anything is confusing/could be explained better.

Did you say Touch? Also know as the Vogue

Just make sure you replace NueSPL and/or Olipro w/ ImCoKeMaN 2.31 in the tutorial:
Here is the Vogue Unlocker Thread in Vogue Forum
oh and dont forget, you have a 6900, not 6800... make sure your grabing a Vogue Rom
UPDATED- CONSOLIDATED Rev A./GPS TUTORIAL - look here before asking questions.

Yeah it's the Vogue. Thanks for those links I just got this thing activated today and messed around with the default cube and UI long enough to want it changed already... not to mention unlocking the GPS. I guess I'm off to look for ROMs now...

Lets just say... i know how you feel, remember to read read read, and then some more.

Then once your ready...

1) unlock (be aware of your radio version)
2) upgrade radio (if needed/wanted)
3) install custom rom

Of course that's just the basic idea (in its simplest form), not a complete walkthru...

Is there a way to see if the Mem card is formatted in fat32 on the device itself?

Re: Simple steps to flashing your own rom

if you try to install Nue SPL it will check that before it installs. if you see any red x's that means something has to be fixed (most likley the card has to be reformated) if you see all check marks your fine. but remember reformating your card wipes all data so make sure if you have anything you want to keep on it you transfer it to a pc/phone memory before you format, and transfer from phone memory back to the card before you flash/hardreset.

Re: Simple steps to flashing your own rom

I seem to be getting a revitalization of questions about flashing titans (esp verizon and alltel.) since I have a diamond now I haven't been checking this thread very often, but if there are any questions dont hesitate to pm me or reply here and I will make a conserted effort to check back.
