sounds like you got a problem during your flashing.
try relashing to the original "official" release. then try flashing to whatever rom you like.

Already done....I flashed first with the rom from HTC site, then flashed with the new Official ship rom nothing cooked. I thought at firt it might have been something I installed so I did the re-flash but nothing changed still slow

Yea that was happening to my wifes mogul as well. Someone in another thread suggested to run iota and it worked for her phone.

Its in start/settings/phone/services/internet
