For people having issues with MSVC try this attached zip. It is the latest and works on everything from the ppckitchen, No2chem's and DCD's roms. Extract the zip file and copy it to your mini sd card. Now if you do not have MSVC installed do so now or if it already is deployed then it's time to move on. Assuming you now have any old version of MSVC now installed use resco explorer or total commander to move VoiceCommand_PPC.cpl from the extracted folder on your mini sd card to the windows root of the device and select overwrite. Now copy the rest of the files to your program files\voice command directory and overwrite all. You don't even need to soft reset but its always a good way to go. Now when you go to start settings and click on voice command you should have version 1.6.19581. If you already have a cooked rom and want a the newer version just dump the whole contents of the folder into the windows root overwriting the files in rom. Ignore warning it may damage your device because its just baloney. Now soft reset and you are up to date.

Here, let me make it a little easier. Attached is a straight cab of the current version (inside of a zip file). No overwriting files, just unzip it, throw the cab on your phone, and run it.

I installed the cab listed here, and MSVC works now (thanks!) However, I am running into an issue where incoming calls cannot be declined. When someone calls, I can press the "ignore" softkey, or the red hangup phone button, or hold down the button on my H700 BT headset, and it will not decline/ignore the call. It just rings until they go to VM. I vcould not find anything on this issue on the forums... anyone else run into this? I have the following setup:

Sprint Mogul
WM 6.1 (5.2.19208)
ROM: 3.56.651.0
Radio: 3.42.02
Hardware Version: 0003

I have tried a soft reset and closing/opening the headset, but nothing seems to help. The screen is not locked.
