why is the instant messenger included in here, when it's not supported on the device?

Yeah, thanks to the guys in the chat room, I was able to narrow it down to one bad user OEM (it worked in prior builds), even though I didn't have it checked in the selections. Just a trial and error process, fortunately, there were not too many suspects to rule out. There apparently is a way to correct misbehaving OEMs, but that's more knowledge than I have.

its in an oem pack so it requires you to know what works on your device. Go check out the beta software from aim... It works great with this kitchen... can someone oem this?

Echo the Extended ROM issues. It is visible, but can't delete or install/reinstall anything there (it is full). It appears that I can still direct cLaunch to those apps and they work, though they are not registered.
Throttle Launcher does not seem to work. I would like to try it, but not sure how to get it going.

Another wierd thing, although not a big deal is that the startup animation isn't working for me. I used to use the Vista looking startup animation, but now it does the splash screens, but the animation doesn't show up at all. Not a biggie though, in fact it probably saves 15 seconds of startup time...lol
