I put the flash OEM folder in my User oem folder, but it caused the following error in my build:

Scanning USER_OEM\OEM_FLASHDRV.DLL
ERROR: no dsm file found

What did I mess up?

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

I've used the kitchen for previous versions many times with only a few minor issues. However, with this build, I consistently get the "Error building Default hives" message, and buildOS closes.

I've spent several hours today slowly stripping apps one by one, including all of my OEMs, the various nuetools, and most other picks that have run fine on previous builds, and still get the message. Is this an issue with this version, or is their some selection I'm making, which seems benign, that is causing this?

Any suggestions?

To clarify- I'm down to these being my only selections:
Autorun, the Office programs, Remote Desktop, and still get the error message. I rebooted my desktop, still no love.

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

I still can't get the Extended ROM to hide, even though I copied the new OEM FLASHDRV.DLL.ZIP to the drivers_titan.rar and reflashed. The currewnt size of my e-mail attachments is 46.99MB, so not being able to store them on the card is killing me.

I also noticed that using the kitchen, the RUU doesn't run correctly if it's located on a network share. I have my "My Documents" folder mapped to a share on my file server, and the RUU would error out. Once I copied the folder to the local machine it worked fine.

Otherwise, this ROM has been quite stable and fast, although memory does drop some (but I am using HTC Home, which has a known memory leak).

I use VJCandela, and it worked fine for me.

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

OK. Tried the other method, replacing the OEM_FLASHDRV.DLL directly in the Drivers_Titan.rar, but got the following:

Dumping IMGFS at offset 0x00680000 (size 0x00080000)
Done!
Setting .DSM Attributes
Setting File Attributes
Building ROM
ImgfsFromDump 2.1 RC 2
Internal Error! Open Imgfs Detected!
Input file Øù˜„0zÿÿÿÿ,ez4ez²Gð cannot be opened. Exiting.

Edit: Downloaded Titan Drivers again, replaced again, Closed and Reopened BuildOS, built fine this time.

I too am getting the Error building Hives problem. GGURRUSA proffered that one of my OEM .RGUs was causing this but I have not been able to check. I will say that the same OEMs do not have an issue when I build a ROM using No2's 5067 kitchen.

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

Ok so I've downloaded and upgraded this, and after all that I run the BuildOS program and this pops up:

Quote:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate
Any ideas why this might be happening? I have Titan, on sprint, PC has windows XP SP3.

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

With this in the works is 5069 a dead horse? Will 2.2 pre built also be 5070 kitchen or are they two different projects?

Just wondering where this ride will take all of us?

Re: Titan 19588 Kitchen

Ok after running a ROM built by a friend using this kitchen, whenever I use Opera Mobile it keeps closing randomly after I hit enter or other buttons on the keyboard. WTF?
