I used PPCPimBackup to restore prior to this ROM and it worked fine, now using the new ROM it won't restore my text messages. I'm thinking its because of Win 6.1?

I really don't believe that Sprint would make roaming only available via a registry hack. I can't even IMAGINE the customer service nightmare that this would create for a company that is struggling right now for subscribers.

I'm going to take a guess that this is likely the reason why the ROM was held back. It's clearly a huge problem and something they need to fix.

Looks like it doesnt work for backups either. Tried both older and v2 SPB. No luck...just freezes right when it starts to do back up.

i use www.dashwire.com version 2.0 and it backs up
contacts
text messages
calling record
ringtones
photos
vidoes

I had the same apps on both

Opera, Garmin, CApiSRO, Flashlight, Coreplayer, Picsel Browser, Spb Screenshot, Youtube play, Slick, PHM RegEdit, Live Search, Total Commander, Oxios, and HTC Home.

Actually sad to say though. i dunno if you ever loaded SBR's ROM before, but that ROM comes with a lot of unnecessary things and its still a lot faster than this ROM.
cant wait till he makes a kitchen, once he does ill go back to that ROM

I downloaded this, ran it and it still says:

ROM: 3.56.651.0
Radio: 3.42.02

What did I do wrong? I downloaded the one from the mediafire link the in the first post.

That's what it should say. The 3.59 is a typo.
