This is the Official Sprint 6.1 Ship rom. This isn't beta/leaked/test. "Official" can be taken out of quotes.

yes but sprint has not released this rom, so how do we know if it is the official rom or not? just because its in the name of the file means nothing, and even if it does not say test on the boot screen their are ways to remove the test from the boot screen.... how do we know if this rom has some hidden back door with a virus that will call the same number and set off some world issue?

hey once i download that exe. file do i click run or save then once downloaded how do i install it... do i use build os or ruu updater?

Just double click on the file. It will extract and run ruu.

TCPMP keeps crashing in this release. I've also been having issues with AstroGPSLauncher and FtouchFlo 1.41. It's pretty nice other than that. Haven't really power tested it here at work yet.

3.49 was not an official release rom, but it was an official test rom. Meaning it was produced by HTC, not by someone else. Has anyone been able to produce a rom (other than HTC) that does not require olipro to install? If not, it would mean that HTC produced that rom, and chose not to put the TEST ONLY message in boot up. That's all I meant. It's still very possible they never intended to release this, but it seems odd that they wouldn't include the TEST ONLY message if they didn't.

TCPMP does not work with WinMo 6.1. There are workarounds at XDA-Dev.

TCPMP works fine for me on N2c's 5060 WM6.1 based rom.

i have also never had a problem with TCPMP on any 6.1 ROM. And as a matter of fact, TCPMP is running better then ever on no2chem's 5069k.....guess we're either doing something right, or not doing something wrong....

Yes, but it has a free "trial period" of i think 7 days? to people who aren't registered users.

I, however, am 8-) but i am using N2c's 5060 build and don't want to install this rom just to get the new version.

I'm not saying DCD is not legit, i'm a user of his roms as well. I just meant that I have my phone set up the way I want it and I don't want to have to install this new official rom just to get the software I want out of it. I'd rather get it from someone who's already on the new rom to rip & post it.

I'm about to flash this new 3.56 rom but would like to ask for some advice before doing so. Could someone tell me which programs I should load on my device vs. loading them to my card. I want my phone to be fast and peppy, but I also dont want to have to wait forever to load all of my programs. My Sprint Mogul ends up getting slower and slower after a couple of weeks of having a newly flashed rom on it. Here are the programs I like to have on my mogul:
