dogguy's kitchen is designed to work off a donor rom... i think, never used it
did a little searching and found this thread that explains how to use dogguy's kitchen

it says to replace input.nbh but there is no input.nbh anywhere in his kitchen using dogguys kitchen 4 beta

This is the part you are refer'n to, since i've never used this kitchen, i cannot comment on the files included yet, but DerekV makes it sound as though this kitchen should have a input.nbh as this should be the donor ROM

Just put the RUU_Signed.NBH in dogguy kitchen folder run prep-it.bat when it completes place the oem's you want in the oem folder then run Buildos.exe
when that completes run build-it.bat works great and is fast.

So just to clarify,

downloaded dogguy's kitchen, extracted the RAR to C:\Dogguy Kitchen
Yay 4 Juggs - i see your confusion, there's no input.nbh (but run PrepIt.bat and it looks for input.nbh)
so just drop your donor ROM in /Dogguy Kitchen folder, i'd rename to input.nbh and then PrepIt

*edit* after playing around w/ said kitchen, i think this ^ is how it works... correct me if im wrong !!!

it tried it...then tried using build os.exe and it just kept crashing (windows vista ultimate)
