Re: No2chem 5067 (3.49) incompatible apps thread
nueExtROM doesn't unlock or seem to function to Lock or Unlock. Files in Ext. ROM cannot be deleted, no installations or writing possible.
Edit: This was actually in the PPCGeeks 3.49 Kitchen. Last edited by Robtao; 06-04-2008 at 12:21 PM. |

Re: No2chem 5067 (3.49) incompatible apps thread
Thanks. I have to quit doing this late at night. I cross posted in my delerium. Sorry. Just to clarify, it was the 3.49 kitchen that caused the Extended ROM "no delete" issue. Currently trying 5060 to get TCPMP working with MPEG4. Need that, so 5067 must wait.

Re: No2chem 5067 (3.49) incompatible apps thread
I have found that Intellisync Mobile Suite doesn't work if you use 5067 and select the nueTools Base Package tools in the kitchen. The "leaked" version works, but any kitchen since 5060 stalls the install trying to remove a .dll file. Took me a while to figure out which one was doing it, but if I don't select that and still select all the other nueTools, they still seem to work.
I know that this isn't going to effect many people, but it is the application that we use to sync mail and calendar with GroupWise. |

Re: No2chem 5067 (3.49) incompatible apps thread
I have the HTC Home in the ROM as well as home customizer without any issues. I do have the TCPMP issue though. As far as activesync is concerned I have a strange issue whereas the pc will pretty much bog down until I unplug the USB. When I try it again it works as it is supposed to. Happens on and off. hmmmmm

Re: No2chem 5067 (3.49) incompatible apps thread
Ahh I ran into all sorts of problems including HTC Home and the customizer in my roms.
Though people in the thread are having no problems right now. I had an issue all the way back with the apache kitchen including them. It would work for a while then all of a sudden I would get error messages. Though I usually do alot of changing of icons for when I post up a request. In any case I install HTC Home fully including the soft reset afterward. Then I install HHC and I have not had any problems for a long time. Though I did try it once with my first rom I cooked for my mogul and still ran into problems. So I recooked without them. And again no problems. I use the xplode HTC Home for all device v2.1 posted on xda a while back along with HHCv1.0 final. |
