chem's 5067 - hang on boot

I just want to confirm that 5067 WILL work with radio 3.35. That's what I've been running on my phone for weeks now.

how long did u let it sit on first run of 5067?

I thought mine had frozen up too, but instead it took a bit longer to first boot. I just let it hang there a while and it went through.

I'm is the same boat as the thread opener but I can't get it resolved.

I already have olipro 2.40
I installed the stock rom and then installed 5067 (kitchen) a few times already.
pulled out battery for a few minutes then hard reseted but it still hangs on the boot screen.

Just an update. it was completely my fault as I deleted an awkward named file from the kitchen which caused it to run weird.

just to add the 2 cents:

I let it sit for almost 10 minutes when the freezing would occur. It would not go beyond the "second" boot screen no matter what I tried.

loading the 3.39 radio from the sd card is what I attribute this to. once I flashed the rom with the entire "leaked" rom with the password on the rar, it accepted the 5067 build I previously tried to apply to it.

Hope this helps anyone. It was a big surprise to me to see something go wrong with this stuff -

oki ... so i have to copy TITAN.IMG on my micro-sd, then i bootload on it and it will flash the 5067 ... and then its supposed to work fine ?
cuz now my phone is still not passing the first HTC screen ...

Take the battery out and then hard reset....should boot up fine...may take a little bit...approx 5 minutes

nah the problem is that my phone isnt bugging on the seconde splash screen ... but it auto reset on the first screen ... ( the white or black HTC with the radio and rom )

I suggest getting a ROM working (stock radio & ROM perhaps, then move onto the custom one of your choice) and then use a blank, newly formatted MicroSD card with only the radio upgrade file on it.
I already had 5067 running perfectly fine when I used my stock/extra mSD card for the radio upgrade.
Follow those instructions you found about formatting the mSD card (tested to work with FAT32 @ 4K clusters), renaming the radio upgrade file, and pressing power-camera-reset to enter the bootloader, etc...
Restarted and everything was the same except for the radio version.

Same hangup problem when going to leaked 3.49 to no2chem 5067, worked after reflashing a second time and following ebb's 30 second battery pull + hard reset tip.
