No2Chem seems to have a 13213 with everything at the latest, but apparently it is not debugged.
Am I missing something?

No2Chem tends to have the best Roms (usually), but the kitchen is convieniant, and I am concerned about the fact that 6067 is "not debugged" but a shadow copy prior to debugging.
Anyone with specific experience? I've tried 6066 and then DCD 2.12. I want to flash again, but I suppose that I will wait until the XIP and CE OS are updates in one package.

I haven't had a ROM that has lasted for more than a week lately, but I secretly enjoy that.

i would recommend reading a little more and getting your number right because the latest rom from no2chem is the 5067 there is no 6066 and dcd latest is 3.1.2 not 2.12 and where are u getting this 13209.102 from there is no bulid based off of that i dont even think it exists

I think the answer is they both will be processed, as my new flash has worked and the welcome screen stuff is not being presented. So I believe I can say your code is working.

Oh, you can have multiple provxmls. Actually, you already do. Check \Windows for files starting with mxip. Anyway, it should be fine from your personal OEM if it is missing from the OEM rar.

I put it in the Skip Welcome folder and all works perfectly...thanks for this!
