What would you like in the next rom after 3.4x

Now that the 3.4x rom is about to ship what would you like to see in that rom?

1. Windows Mobile 7.0
2. I phone like ease of use f
3. all current 6.x to upgrade to WM7 for small fee $50 or so
4. abiity to have on the fly ability to determine how much of our storage ram as system ram
5. pic mail
6. video pic mail
7. ms purchase apple to have iphone software on the phone!

using htc today or even the cube, windows mobil becomes easier to use, not to mention more functionality than the iphone. It will ship with 6.1 which will officially have threaded messageing, Sprint TV, and later this year a new version of internet explorer which will include most of the functions of IE5. As far as on the fly memory, if you have HTC Task Manager, you simply click the down arrow on the today screen and hit the memory chip. On the fly it tells you what the system is using. Sprint is already rumored to bring back Pic mail, not sure about video, with this new ROM. Personally I think Sprint was trying to wait until most/all units were upgraded to the GPS enabled ROM.

gooly gee sargent carter ie5!!! Last time i check Microsoft was working on IE8 beta. So they are still several generations behind. why cant ms put a full working browser in it? I expect my wm6 device to do evertyhing my laptop does if not more so. I would like a bigger screen 13" or so with 5tarabytes system ram. so at the rate ms is going with ie for wm then we should get version ie7 in the year 2323

Two words: Lazar eyes. If that's not in the next official rom, I'll stick to cooked roms.

As for the initial list, nearly all bad choices, honestly. WM7 will not run well on only 64MB of RAM, so I don't want it on the Mogul. I don't like the iPhone, which was why I bought a Mogul, so I don't want it to have iPhone-liked functionality, and I certainly don't want Microsoft buying Apple just to put their locked-down software on our phone. WM7, if it were available, had best be a free update or I won't bother. Storage is ROM, not RAM, and can't be used as RAM, so your request there is technically impossible. Pic mail and video mail are obvious choices, but rumors are those will be in this FINAL release, so we don't need to wait.

I believe that all wm5/6 devices use the ram "memory" on the phone. all the do is partition it like a hard drive if you will. One part is for system memory (rom and we know we can unlock it to write to it.) the other partition is for storage ram. so it is possilbe, on my pc i can have two partitions and can use programs to shrink and grown them
