using htc today or even the cube, windows mobil becomes easier to use, not to mention more functionality than the iphone. It will ship with 6.1 which will officially have threaded messageing, Sprint TV, and later this year a new version of internet explorer which will include most of the functions of IE5. As far as on the fly memory, if you have HTC Task Manager, you simply click the down arrow on the today screen and hit the memory chip. On the fly it tells you what the system is using. Sprint is already rumored to bring back Pic mail, not sure about video, with this new ROM. Personally I think Sprint was trying to wait until most/all units were upgraded to the GPS enabled ROM.
