Once you feel a little risky, you might want to check out DCD's kitchens. For now I would stay at No2Chem's 5060 though. It's very stable and easy to build with. That's what I used for my first rom.

That's funny you said that...I was thinking to take a look at DCD's this morning. Seems like no2chem's and DCD's are the two most popular..
