Okay, here it is, the cab file that will hopefully enable GPS in the stock ROM.
http://rapidshare.com/files/10991132...Titan_3.35.cab The files are signed with a developer certificate so you will probably need to turn security off before they'll work correctly. I found a file to do that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=330291 You will probably need to do a soft reset after installing. Let me know how it works out!
