I did a power + Camera Reset and updated the radio. It failed the first time so I pressed reset and it started back up and finished properly. Now I want to load the ROM but after power back on the phone or after reset I am stuck in the HTC Smart Mobility screen. It will not boot into windows mobile to connect active sync and run the ROM update. Any Idea of what I can do. I hope I did not brick my phone.

Just press camera+power+reset and see what bootloader says
from 2.47 or 2.40 bootloader you can

a) copy nbh to card and flash from bootloader
b) connect to computer and flash ROM

*edit* just wanna note that activesync will not connect in bootloader mode, but you can flash a ROM...
