new rom, no phone as modem option?

new rom, no phone as modem option?

i have the new rom installed but i go to connections and there is no PHONE AS MODEM option. When i try to make one, it says that one already exist but i am not able to see it, only SPRINT connection. When i use a WMWifiRouter it connects in PHONE AS MODEM, not SPRINT. Where can i configure PHONE AS MODEM? it is not in connections.

Any help is welcome. thanks
