The memory continues to dwindle and I never get it back totally until I soft reset. I built my ROM from the basic kitchen out there. I am using 5054 I believe. Would an upgrade to 5059 fix these issues or help? I am not quite sure how you upgrade to 5059, so any posts you could direct me to would be great or if someone could help me out ... I would be grateful.

Thanks!
the newest is 5060, so if you were to take the upgrade route, go that way. now as for your other issues, I do not use outlook push functionality, so I cannot comment on how much memory it takes up, however i know that activesync is nothing major, and I too run HTC Home, so that cannot be a culprit. Are you using any special versions of HTC Home? even at 71%, you should still have like 12ishMB free right? also, have you changed any pagepool settings? that may have an effect on RAM as well.

If you can't download the updates, you have problems way beyond the login. How'd you get the .msi in the first place?

Login useless? Do you really think it'd be there if it was useless?

5060 is solid. I strongly suggest upgrading to it.

Where is 5060 located for download and how do I use that with the BuildOS program from ppckitchen.org? Sorry, I am coming up to speed pretty quickly on this stuff, but still have some lingering questions about things.

Thanks!

5060 is now available via the kitchen updater.

I did, however, have to fix a typo in the selections file. Should point to this file for the kitchen:

Titan_No2Chem_5060_WM6.1.rar

Okay, even after pointing to the proper kitchen rar, I can't get BuildOS to pick up anything in my USER_OEM folder. Help? Selections.txt follows:

SelectionsVersion=.90.04
KitchenDir=Kitchens\Titan_No2Chem_5060_WM6.1.rar:;
OptionalModuleDir=kitchens\000_Shareware.rar:
OptionalModuleDir=kitchens\PPCGeeks_OEM.rar:
OptionalModuleDir=USER_OEM
ExtraDir=
OutputDir=Temp
PreProcessTool=
PostProcessTool=
ROMDeviceType=Titan
ROMRevType=GPS
ROMOSType=WM6.1
DeviceRUUType=Standard
PagePoolSize=4

SelectedSubSplashImage=240x320,PPCkitchen2.png

after hitting Refresh under File in BuildOS; no errors, but noticed the OEM entries are not showing up in the menu on the left side of BuildOS like they were before. maybe this is why its not picking up User_OEM folder?

I got around it by putting the contents of my User_OEM folder into a RAR file, moving that to the kitchens folder and adding the appropriate line to the selections.txt. But whew.
