Today was the first time I read this thread but I was really irritated with this issue on my mogul, so I put the stock rom back on my phone and took it to the sprint store. They replaced it with a brand new one. The brand new one does have 3.35 but its not having the issues. I'm a little worried about flashing a custom ROM again but I'm sure i'll get around to it in the next day or so... should i export some settings from the registry so we can compare them later or would that be necessary??

anyone get anywhere with this? it seems like my button presses have been missing more keystrokes and adding more double postings then ever before recently. i tried the cab posted earlier in this thread, and it seemed to change which buttons double post and which miss keystrokes, but didn't really fix the problem. anyone gotten anywhere on fixing or solving this? i'm still on the stock 3.35 ROM.

i was having this issue, and it was common to get 4 or 5 characters out of one push on almost all keys, and missing spaces and blue button occasionally. The "HTC_Titan_KeyFix.zip" file helped for the repeated keystrokes, but now i have more missed keystrokes, on many different keys.

I am SO GLAD I found this topic. I am having the exact same issue. And it just seemed to gradually be getting worse. I took my phone into Sprint and they gave me a (refurbished) replacement today... which turns out having the same issue!

It's running Stock 3.35 and now I'm trying to figure out if it's a hardware issue or ROM issue?!

My friend who also has a Mogul just started having this issue also. It must be the ROM because I've never had it happen before 3.35 and what's the chance of us all having hardware failures in the same time-frame?

I take it there is still no resolution for this anomaly. I have had this problem ever since I installed the last official ROM update. I have not installed any of the unofficial ROMs but have decided to immediately jump on the next one, which I understand should include WM 6.1.

If anyone finds a solution in the meantime, for goodness sake, please post the required links and steps for configuration, ASAP. I've been forced to use software-based keyboards and it is quite a bit slower for me than the hardware KB. This also defeats roughly 1/2 the purpose for my buying the Mogul in the first place!

still no solution on this for me either. it seems worst on the 'T' 'Y' and 'O' keys and the Space bar. also, it's pretty bad on the blue circle in the bottom left corner. it's quite an annoyance and unfortunately I work too much to have time to head to a Sprint store and complain. I also don't have time to play around too much with any of the new unofficial ROMs. hopefully the new ROM that should be out any day now and it'll fix this issue. otherwise, it's very frustrating to be replying to an email or text and have to type out one letter every 2 seconds just to make sure it's typing out properly.
