cant sync my phone to my pc, cant upgrade

my phone is really messed up now, i cant link to my pc via activesync and when i try to update, i keep getting error 260 saying stuff about not connected. i really dont know what to do, i have tried to do this through the rainbow screen also, but it still doesnt work, i dont know what to do, i have read everywhere, but cant find an answer

Did you try removing the USB cable when at the bootloader (rainbow screen), re-connect and then flash? Even when it says activesync cannot connect the RUU should be able to access the PPC. You also need to be sure you have the 3.27 radio and 3.16 rom already installed. If not sure, use the above method to run the 'leaked' rom update first, then follow the standard upgrade guides for custom Roms.

You could always try to flash by the SD card
to do this
In a PC format the SD card as FAT32 (important)
rename name the ROM .nbh file you are trying to flash to TITAIMG.NBH and copy it to the root of the SD Card
Boot the phone into the Bootloader screen and it should automatically pick it up and flash
