You could always try to flash by the SD card
to do this
In a PC format the SD card as FAT32 (important)
rename name the ROM .nbh file you are trying to flash to TITAIMG.NBH and copy it to the root of the SD Card
Boot the phone into the Bootloader screen and it should automatically pick it up and flash
