Yes this sounds like a PRL issue. After updating the ROM and Radio you must grab an updated PRL. The PRl is the programming list of the SSID accounts for who’s tower you are aloud to use. It tells the phone I am able to grab from this tower.

On Alltel you updated by dialing *228 on Sprint I believe it is the same I was told like 2 weeks ago what it was but now I forget. As far as the metal thingy I don’t know.

What PRL version do i need to flash?
I flashed 60711.prl
But i think i have same problem!
I even went to professional master that told me i haven't got any hardware problem with radio.
It's in software.
What version do i need to flash?

I try to flash 10021.prl
Now i have better signal quality!
But it's not too good!
In some time i lost my signal and it's playing from low to high and from high to low.
I think by signal bars going crazy!!!
What prl is best?
I try to flash 60611.prl but i have very-very low signals in this prl.
I even lost signals some times with this prl!
Please can any1 tell me what prl is best?

3.27 is a buggy radio release. There's a bunch of other posts on it if you look around.

Your going to have to deal with the buggy issues until a non-leaked version of the radio ROM comes out. I haven't seen a work around yet that fixes the signal/disconnection/download issues 3.27 has.

These are the things that happen when you want to play with software releases that are still beta.

Do you have this prob if you go back stock ROM and Radio? If you continue to have this in OEM form with updated PRL your phone might just be taking a crap.

I want to know, is new 3.27 has so many bugs?
If yes, have any1 got same problem?
If yes, then i will back to old RADIO and ROM (NO GPS)

I just re-locked my Titan, but i can't flash old radio file!
