Help bad signal :(

Hi, i recently upgrade my Radio to 3.27 "titan_radio_3.27.00.exe"
After that i have got so low signal.

I went to my CDMA Provider, they told that i have problem with Radio.
It's not provider's fault

In some places and some times signal quality is fine, but in home...
Can i fix that?
