Re: Alltel new ROM help.

Hmmm. I am not sure past this point. You may have to contact Alltel and ask them for some assistance.

The settings I gave are what my phone is equipped with AND my phone is set with Schaps's ACT 2.1 to enable data fulltime...

Re: Alltel new ROM help.

Do I tell them I just hard reset my phone? I know there are some issues customer service has with flashing of ROMs. What should/shouldn't I tell them?

Re: Alltel new ROM help.

Tell them that you recently updated your phone's PRL and afterwards you began having connection issues... which is the truth while omitting specific details...

Re: Alltel new ROM help.

it might have reset the HDR password which should be the HEX ESN mine did the first time I flashed a GPS rom. you'll just have to reset that and it should work again. to get there youll need to dial ##778 then hit the talk key and the it should bring up the EPST app and from there you'll need to hit edit then the unlock code is 000000, then you want view info then Security then there should be the HDR AN AUTH PASSWORD that needs to be your HEX ESN and the user name if that's blank also is just the yourphone#@alltel.net
