it was in the 3dtouchflo gestures it is slowing down my phone and all my friends phones greatly i removed all gestures and wala everything worked perfectly.

I believe he is refering to FTouchFlo I too have had issues with gestures in the past disabling has worked me as well.

yes the gestures in the ftouchflo is what i was talking about disabling them has made the phone work perfectly

Im just hoping for 1-2 more ROMS before the Touch Pro comes out.......

Then I just have to wait for someone to unlock the Touch Pro and for me to convince VZW to allow me to put it on their network....
