Re: NexVision's Hybrid

Nexvision can you please redo your rom and use nuerom3 latest it would be the closest thing to the diamond because it gives you at least 30 to 40 free mem so can you do a new version. I know you already know this but i just thought if someone mentioned it you would act a little faster. i love your rom but a2 only leaves 10-13 megs of mem with touch flo is active, Again great rom but we now see its true potiential with more memory thanks again in advance

My screen after a few days will freeze up every half hour. I love the ROM but I can't have it freezing all the time.

Hince the reason for asking for the rewrite in the latest nuerom3, I get the same problems.

I don't care what kind of rom it is, memory management will always be an issue for the mogul and with the diamond and the touch pro coming out pretty soon, I suspect that we will see significantly less support for the mogul. I know I will be getting rid of both my moguls for a diamond and a touch pro when they are released.

Re: NexVision's Hybrid

Dude, nueROM 3.0 pops up with ~34MB free on a soft reset... thats a pretty nice chunk of RAM. Its between 6-10MB more than you get on a stock ROM, depending on the ROM.

That said, I never recommend that anyone cook a ROM from an alpha release... besides, no2 has just released it to people who have donated to him at this point and would probably be more than just a little pissed if someone ganked his kitchen for their own mass-release custom ROM...

no2chem is not like that he is a good dude and wants his due anyone who uses his stuff he wants a thank you and a modest donation for his time. Secondly people are already making roms based off of it. I have donated because his rom is the most memory gaining rom if you couple that to Nexvision creation with NO2's genius we will have the perfect rom with alot of memory HTC should have hired both of you. Anyway It does not hurt to ask and i think nexvision and no2 have talked in the past, so talking again cant hurt.
NEXVISION PLEASE REWRITE YOUR ROM WITH NUEROM 3, its the best rom i have came across but everyone in my area that uses it their phone locks up from time to time.
I told like 5 people about it and everyone keep saying its perfect if my phone worked for more than 1/2 a day without resetting. Maybe its a philly thing but its not just with my mogul.

Re: NexVision's Hybrid

no2chem should leave it up for donations only until he's ready to release it... let the man make some cash for all the hard work he's put into our community is what I say. Then when its ready for launch, he can take all those donations and get even more motivation to keep doing what he's doing.
