No luck

I even tried a hard reset and installed the pads again and no such luck. I tried TouchPal Pro, the HTC Touch Keyboard and Keypad, PCM Keyboard, I also tried the T9 Pad that came with the 6700, which is actually my most favorite, all of which didn't work. Even when I go to the Start -> Settings -> Input and then select it, it will just revert back to the "keyboard" All the ones that come with the ROM work just fine? I am much faster at the T9 using my fingers on a touch pad than I will every be with any slide out QWERTY keyboard, hell I'm faster using a T9 on the 6800 than I am on a regular Cell phone.

I tried using a SIP program to set everything up, countless resets, I tried disabling all the Today items that was suggested in one thread I found. The SIP programs basically do the same as the Settings -> Input thing, they won't save any of the installed Keypads.

Also, I have installed them on the device itself yes.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem with the keypad i love touchpal v3 but I can't get any of the keypads to work accept for the stock. I even installed a sip change cab and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions? Besisdes that it's a very good rom so far.

mms works perfectly for me now that I applied the registry settings. I also updated my net settings by following some advice in the registry/dns setting. The phone is blazing fast!
and jivetalk works on there and its winmo 6.1. I have to say I am very satisfied !

I've done the unlocker...all that. I still get communication errors everytime.

Looks like something wrong in the OS then, I will investigate.

All keypads work fine for me. I think that Touchpal v3 sucks compared to v2, but they both work fine on vetvito's ROMs.

What are you doing that we are not i've soft and hard reset and i reflashed still can't get any of them to work
