Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

First of all, THANK YOU VV & all the other cooks that donate their time and skills to making our phones the devices they are capable of being.

I have read and read about flashing custom ROMs, but I must be suffering from info overload. What I can't seem to get a grip on is the whole Unlocking / Relocking part. I see titan_SPL_2.40-olipro.exe, Hard-SPL-MFG.exe, Hard-SPL-240-MFG.exe, Titan_Relocker.exe...

I read the thread at http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=9093, but the more I read it, the more confused I got.

Which one am I supposed to use?
Do certain unlockers work with certain ROMs?
Am I supposed to relock it after I flash the custom ROM?
Or can I leave it unlocked until I decide to flash back to a stock ROM?
What do I need to flash one of VV's custom ROMS?

I'm running the latest Official Sprint ROM (3.35.651.2)
Please advise and thank you in advance.

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

Hard-SPL-MFG.exe is what you run to unlock so that you can flash custom roms
Titan_Relocker.exe is what you run to relock if you want to go back to a stock rom you do not need to relock after flashing a custom rom unless you intend to flash back to stock

Or if anything has changed between the rtm and official release.

vetvito does the upcoming build have vibrating keypad (phones vibrates when you dial each number)?

Re: VetVito's Aero Windows Mobile (6.1.1)

vetvito, why don't you change the background in your Black Pill to black for the system menus? Seems like black background with white lettering and shades of grey for highlights would fit the theme nicely.

Something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...9&d=1198105159

or this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...2&d=1194851727

Just a thought. I used to use azimuth's v4.5 with uitweaker on one of my Touches. It looked good.
