1. Install no2chem 6800 Batttery Driver.cab
2. It will prompt you to reboot. After a reboot it should be working for you.

If you uninstall it will go back to the default driver.

NOTE: If you installed the previous version which required a 2 cab install then do not worry about updating to this. It is the same version but only requires a single cab to be installed.
Works like a charm on the Sprint Touch. Thanks so much for this and as always, thanks no2chem for your excellent work!!!

Will this work with any custom rom or does it need to be a no2chem rom? I'm currently running dcd's 3.0.4.

Re: new battery.dll for the titan

works fine for me. also works with vista hide battery. however my batt percentage just dropped from 86-84-81 in a span of about 20 seconds after unplugging. it seems steady now, but may have just been the program loading up and refreshing. other than that it looks like its alot more accurate and thanks once again for the great support from this community.

Re: new battery.dll for the titan

battery now at 76% (20 min later)and down from 81%) and phone has been in standby. Do you think the app is polling the battery to often? Is anyone with it installed on 5048 seeing decreased battery life?

Nah, its driver files not an application. You ever notice when you restart your phone it can say 70% and than it will say 80% after restart...then like 10 min later its back at 70%. Its because of the amount of drain the battery has and the driver trying to estimate it acurately...so now instead of it being in increments of 10, its in increments of 1...I doubt it affects battery life at all... Maybe no2chem has more info?

er, i have no clue.. it shouldn't have an effect on battery life at all. perhaps the 10% accuracy was set because the battery meter isn't that accurate in the first place and htc didn't want to confuse people... *shrug*.... its not polling the battery more often at all, the driver actively polls the battery to check the temperature and voltage at preset intervals...
