It might not prompt to reboot. I was being lazy and copied my instructions from another cab I made from no2chem's work.

Open the control panel/settings app and enable the extended rom. Exit the app and reboot and you should see the extended rom now. To disable, you must follow the same steps.

Re: Rom Cooks: Write to ExtROM with nueExtROM

Thanks no2chem for this I thought I would see this a long time ago. And Thanks stroths for the cab. I installed the cab on a DcD rom and it worked great. Was able to Delete and write to the ex rom. Again thanks.
*Edit* Cab also worked on the sprint stock 3.16 rom.. This nueExtROM should be a sticky or at least have its own thread cause the "Rom Cooks: Write to ExtROM with nueExtROM" is a bit misleading. Should say "Get your RED HOT nueExtROM ExtROM unlocker"..................

BTW, this works great on my mogul, thanks.

One question, can we delete those cab files in there all except for the IOTA? I'm assuming because the IOTA is necessary right?

Re: Rom Cooks: Write to ExtROM with nueExtROM

couldnt get the cab to work on dcd 3.0.1.

showed up in my settings, but no combination of checking/unchecking + soft resets would make anything new appear in Resco explorer or file explorer

Best idea is to back those up to your SD card before deleting.
