I dunno man... my passport just recently only took 3 1/2 weeks to come in after applying at my local post office. I did not pay for expedited servicing, so you may lose out on that prediction.

well the lesson i have learned is that next time ill wait on the newest greatest device as should everyone else and maybe sprint will learn a lesson about meeting customer expectations.

LOL!. The govmt, like Sprint ,is bloated and slow - but is at least deterministic and fairly predictable.

Well atleast on of my addresses that I chose went thru and was forwarded on to the Acting president of Sales and Distribution. I got a reply and was told there would be someone contacting me about the issues at hand tomorrow (probably cause its 9:30pm CST where the reply was originated from) Mogul Update and MMS Issue was the 2 issues that were mentioned as well as multiple links.

Which is a lesson that many here would do well to learn. I bought my Mogul right after the leaked Rev A/GPS ROM came out, and that wasn't a coincidence.

Customers can sign petitions, they can call customer service over and over until they're blue in the face (or Sprint drops them for calling too many times ), they can email both HTC and Sprint until their fingers fall off. But I'll let you guys in on a little secret:

Sprint already has your money so they don't care

When the next PPC phone comes out, resist the inner urge to be on the bleeding edge. Wait until the phone has everything that it should. And definitely wait until it has everything promised. This is the only way to get through to Sprint: with your wallet.
