Anyone know if Alltel will be coming out with a new ROM? Really would like GPS. Alltel doesnt get talked about much on this site so I figured I'd ask

I've recieved word today that the new ROM should be approved for release on the 29th and then officially be released to the public on Sprint's and HTC website on March 10th.

Wow...sorry to offend. I thought this was a place to share information. I'm not out there to impress anyone, just share what I have for those who are interested. I usually post on XDA but thought I pass along my info over to PPCGeeks.

Funny how you wouldn't even answer who you were.

Let's say I post that Ford will produce a new Thunderbird convertible tomorrow. I don't work for Ford or anything like that. I just felt like posting and sharing. Does that make my info valuable?

Fair enough. My best friend and I both work for Sprint. He deals with different vendors, such as HTC, on building apps for our different phones. His departments also tests ROMs from different manufactures like HTC. I've been bugging him for months to let me know when he heard of a date for the Mogul ROM. Today he sent me a message that HTC would be sending the ROM to them on the 29th. Then it SHOULD be approved for production and be posted on Sprints and HTC site on March 10th. This is what I got and like I said, things could change but he sounded confident.

All of the above... personally if i were you i'd go with option 3...
