I would like to share with you that there is no update for the Mogul phone ROM Update.
You will be informed through a high-profile promotion on our Web site and other promotional media. So I would request you to keep a check on our Web site or you can email us as well to get the information. I have forwarded your feedback about the Rev A compatible devices to the appropriate department, so that necessary steps can be taken.

We keep launching new and attractive devices, which meet our customer's needs and latest trends. So, I am sure that very soon, we will be launching Rev A compatible devices. I am afraid that I am unable to mention the exact date for the launch, as it takes a thorough market research before launching ant service or product. I appreciate your understanding in this matter

yea i emailed them back and fourth like 10 times throughout the weekend...they tried offering me a 1 TIME $25.00 credit to my account for the ROM not being released...i said hardly enough, then they said something along the lines of, if i want REV A then i may wanna look into getting a new devce when they become available...

its been posted over and over that none of the reps know sh*t. cant take anything they say with any truth to it.

yea...i dont believe the heffer...they r all full of stuff...but why would she say this tho? knowing it was gonna make the customer irate??

I think what she may have meant is she doesn't have an "update" on the release date, meaning she doesn't have anything new to add; not that it's not going to be released.

Upon rereading, I'd have to agree with diego_starr. It sounds like she doesn't have an update, but to keep an on eye on the Sprint site for a high profile promo. We'll see.

Either this e-care response is an automated response or sprint just loves to be cynical and sarcastic. How do you advertise the lack of an update/disco of a device or any bad news through "high profile promotions".

They will advertise the update when it is available. It is not canceled. re-read the post.
