Stupid Mistake the so called working acrsoft.reg IS NOT THE preimport reg. It was the reg from the phone when is was working? Differance? So why that didn't work i'm not sure. But here is the way it goes:
in this File is :
Arcsoft 5
arcsoft1st.reg
arcsoft2nd.reg

So install Arcsoft 5

import both arcsoft regs in order

Check your setting if you want ,but all should work!



If you have this download issue and your not cricket follow the same steps as i said, But then you will need to go back and change your reg back to your carrier!! I'm sure that you'll find the settings that make the non gps or older roms mms to work.

This only fixes the so called download issues on the new gps roms!!!

Someone Should look at registrys to just find the problem. This is how it works the first reg import fixes the mms download issue that i can't find. the second reg import just puts all the right cricket info back in. I know you'll see cricket info in both but if don't do the import in the right order IT WON'T WORK!!

Warning if you don't change the mdn "your phone number" in the reg it will make all your texts look like they came from me!!

Ok i assume your phone is unlocked.

You have flashed it with custom roms before.

So your ready to flash the rom in the all you need link. above ^

Flash the rom. (ok all done including the customizing)

install arcsoft mms (Hold on I just got a video mms) OK i'm back LOL

Now these steps are for this rom only just cuz it's customized

go to start/programs/utilities/dotfred regeditor <= Run it

oN THE BOTTOM LEFT above the exit softkey there are other softkeys the first one bings up a menu at the top is the import function.

tap it it will bring up a file explorer point it to where the two reg files are.

import them one at a time 1st then 2nd (Done)

Don't change anything in arcsoft/mms options you can look but don't touch if you do the wap defaults back to 1.2 not 2.0 EVEN THOUGH THE OPTION IS NOT IN THERE!!!

So basically you've installled the rom and installed arcsoft did the reg patch that all you needed to do.

Next,
again assumeing you know the info to put in the internet settings do that!!

At this point my phone is working!!!!

Ok the next part i've have not done!! Becuase this is all i needed to do.
But "You" by that i mean all of you!!! Need to go in to the reg and replace My # with Yours or at least turn off send call back # in the options PLEASE i don't need the hasles that may arise by this " I AM NOT THE ONE TEXTING YOUR GIRLFRIEND"

THIS WORKS!!! if you can't figure it out Pm me and i'll takk the time to break it down all the way by doing it myself again at writing it down step by step !

I do not Think that anything is forgotten (But i won't know till i do it again but 4 times i done it think i'd remember)

I do know this the crap in the gateway in mms options needs to stay! just don't save any change always cancle when you exit.

This is way it stopped working the first time for me. And it took me a while to find out exactly how i did it the first time.. I was trying everything but it came down to nothing i had to do but import the two reg's i've posted!!!

Here for all of you this is the working reg on my phone now!!
