Ok, so tried dialing ##778# (and without the #)
The first time, got in just fine. However, there was no "Security" menu. Accidentally closed out of it, went to redial it, and now it's constantly tellin me "the number or code you dialed is incorrect." How's it incorrect if I was just in it?!

Go to windows folder and find EPST and you should be able to get in from there.

it has been a very long time since i have updated my mogul with a rom and actually forgot how to flash a rom over. But thanks for this guide it seems everything has worked smoothly so i can update my phone to WM 6.5.
Just wanted to say thanks again.
