Thanks a lot! I had a problem in voice roaming and had to call customer service 4 times to have them going through PRL reset and everything. In the end, I have to tell him my friend tried the HLR resetting and solved the same problem. He did the HLR on my phone and brought the voice roaming back. But then the data provision was gone.

And this IOTA program did the rest. Now everything is back and running.
