I dont think it is the rom, I think it is the 3.27 radio. I have been having intermittant connections. I loose 1 of 4 packets and the latency is high like like 160 to 260ms. Normal is around 40ms. I could be wrong but I have tried several roms and the only thing that stayed the same was A. the radio 3.27 B. The guts of the WM6.1 rom

it's quite obvious by the error what is happening here.
the question is..why would 'the remote party' aka/sprints servers be ending the connection? my guesses would be something is not authenticated right. the ##debug# code should help you there.. another far off theory (or is it?) is that sprint hasn't officially released evdo rev a yet..so maybe the servers are set to disconnect anyone using it? (test markets excluded)..maybe it's not that sophisticated. what if the server just see's you're pulling a way faster speed than you were, and assumes something is awry and d/c's you?? just some thoughts.. ive also seen this same error message when tethering. i always thought sprint/servers knew what i was up to and disconnected me..cant remember if i had this error message since we all learned about the rilphone.dll reg entry though..cause i never tether |

Yea Im going to chalk it up to the 3.27 radio... Im going to assume no matter what new rom (with 3.27 radio) is going to give the same affect. Sprint must of done this on purpose. Now this is going to be a pain because now it seems it isnt reactivating until I force it.. So I guess I wont be able to run Agile in background since it will lose connection every hour... damn and the GPS was awesome, guess Ill have to wait for the official...
