Well to address your questions, and then I hope we can let this die like the dead horse it is.

A) I do read the last few pages of the thread obviously I did not see the post on it not working right.
B) I do use the seach function, but until he said AUTOINSTALL (for a workaround), I was looking for Autoexec which was only leading me to the same places. Oh, and until I noticed a post about wildcarding short searches UC is not a good search term.
C) If you can remember that there WAS a post, then you can say "About X pages page, X posts back" or even like the other did, give a DIFFERENT keyword to use that might be unique to that post so we can search.

I am neither a noob, nor do I not use the search. I rarely ask a question before I have searched it before, and I like to keep my average above 95% at being able to search and find things for myself.

I just put the sprint 3.35 Rom in a few days ago and then Build 5054 went in a few hours ago, I see only one problem with it so far. The BEAM function does not work any longer! I've tried everything i can. Is there a fix for this?

After reading, I may have already answered my question..

Do I need to flash the 3.35 ROM before flashing 5054?

Because I'm coming from 5050 and after flashing to 54, my phone calls, but is silent.

Also, it says something about "autorun.exe" at startup...

The Autorun.exe is a known problem in the build... there is a work around a few pages back.

:(Could someone tell me or help find the lastest update. i did one update last week on new mogul and i went to about and it tells me i have windows mobile professional, when i got my phone it had windows 6.1 ..im confused.. i want it with windows 6.1 with all the bells and whistles..please help out.im a darn newb

if you bought your phone at a store, it certainly didn't come w/ 6.1. the official ROMs only have wm6.0 on them. if you want to try flashing your rom manually, you can update to wm6.1

Here are a few items to consider:
Item #1: Read before you start asking lots of questions. 99% of your questions are answered already, and exactly 87.45% of them are answered on the first page of this thread in the opening post.

Item #2: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=9093 <-- you can find some basic info and some of the programs that you'll need here.

Item #3: before you do anything else, I recommend flashing the latest (gps enabling) update first (but it sounds like you've probably already done this).

From there, if you can't figure out for yourself how to do this, search the forums, because there are already 15,683.3 posts already discussing this all in detail.

Believe me, I'm not trying to pick a fight or rub anyone the wrong way here... so forgive me if I misread or implied that we shouldn't post issues. I know no2chem wants/needs to see them. My point was that we don't all need to post the same problem or keep talking about the same problem over and over and over... kind of like I'm doing right now about dropping a subject. Yes, irony, I know. We know the dialer doesn't work and that people like the old dialer or whatever one it was, but when the BUILDER OF THE ROM says that he is aware of it and is making a change, I personally don't believe that we need to keep reminding him about it.
