PPCGeeks - No2Chem nueROM 2.0 (WM6.1) Thread

alrighty iv got the 5053 version on my phone with the new radio... no bt at all,no myspace at all... both work 100% on the new sprint rom... any way to fix this?

no2chem,
any chance of posting a bare bones release...like 48 was....48 is the last one i can really use....all the added in stuff like dialers is a headache...messes up icons and graphics for me....48 is one i seem to keep going back to..but i tried the new rom from sprint today and the free memory is fantastic....Any chance of getting that much memory with out all the added in stuff? I like to customize my own...Its becoming a headache with the dialer and missing roam, and messed arrow icons...btw another donation sent....just curious....

When I installed the new stock ROM today, it had 24MB of free memory. A fresh install of nueROM 5052 yields almost 22MB free.

I thought part of the reason for custom ROMS was to strip out unnecessary **** and free up memory. How come stock ROM actually has more?

I'm going to have to agree with Kaos here, I first used No2's 5049, and was blown away by the performance, fastest ever. Recently went to 5051, and for me at least it was quite a bit slower, the dialer was clunky as well.

Needless to say updated to Sprints official today and am quite pleased with it. VERY fast and seeing how 5053 is already almost out it seems that No2 is rushing to get this out before everyone else out there and in turn is overlooking some things...

Also please don't remove your stuff especially dotfreds pim backup and regedit.

Yeah i want to know too are you no2chem's personal beta tester if so I want to be a tester too!! :-P
