hey so this is what i do?
i updated to the new sprint rom,
then i unlockmy phone
and run the build 5054
rite
thats all
i dont have to install wm 6.1 and all again right

im sure this has been asked before but i cant find the answer...

in the taskbar where it shows the data and time...

how do u change it so it just shows the time?

First off Mad props to No2Chem great job!!
Question though I had the 5051 and it had the taskmanager built in to the top right but on the 5054 I dont see that anymore

is there a cab where i can reinstall that

some custom dialers will not pass the dial tone through to open certain functions. This is one of them.

so since we get that autorun error after flashign does that mean the UC isnt installing? does the UC include things i need such at RDC?.. i'm unfamiliar with this process/and no2chem's rom.. i'm just a noob
