i upgraded to the official sprint rom yesterday. i would like to go back to no2chems rom

anybody try installing the new radio with no2chems rom?

or do i just write no2chems rom over because it does not upgrade the radio?

Run the unlocker (if you had relocked while doing the upgrade) then install 5053. 5052 has issues so I would skip it.

I did that and it is working well. From what I have read 5051 will also load on this radio. No2Chem's ROM's don't have the radio so you would have needed to upgrade to 3.35 to take advantage of the GPS and also the REV 1A which you have already done.

I'm so torn... The kicker for me is have the following bugs been fixed in 5053?
* Random password issue
* When phone rings, it only vibrates (and yes, I've checked the ring settings and everything else)
* Sounds in general seem to fail after a few hours

Can anyone please confirm that either these bugs are gone or that I just have a phone more possessed than my ex wife?

Brand new Sprint subscriber, here. I just received my Mogul, today.

Promptly got the updated RevA rom installed and then hard-reset and pulled the battery to keep the Sprint customizations from loading.

All is good ... but I am very interested in loading No2Chem's 5053 update.

I am not familiar with kitchens or breaking up and substituting portions of RUU files, but I am willing to learn.

Can somebody point me to a particular newbie flashing No2Chem rom updates thread, faq or wiki ... I'd hate to brick my phone, because I was too proud or arrogant to ask a simple question.

your not alone on sound...been running 48 no issues,,,flashed new radio to it...now it just vibrates after awhile.....wondering if its a new radio bug......i reset sound works for little while..then gone again...........

Has anyone else noticed battery life issues since flashing to this or the new official ROM? I'm aware that GPS is now included but it feels like my battery is being eaten.
