What about roaming settings? Are you on Automatic or Sprint Only? If automatic, make sure data roaming is enabled?

yeah i tried all the obvious thing... i've done it tons of times before.. just can't get it to work anymore...

maybe it was a PRL issue.. i'm not to familiar what that does but i know how to change the PRL..i'm gonna try the stock 3.35 and see if evdo roaming works there

Hmmm, I don't think a PRL would have anything to do with it. They don't give the phone ability to roam better necessarily but instead just put you roaming in the order Sprint wants.

Then again, PRL effectiveness is a highly debatable topic. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help, you have me stumped.

yeah i'm stumped too.. i guess i'll try a PRL switch if the stock rom won't let me evdo roam eithr..

i'm in Eau Claire, WI.. so 1x at lik 50-60kb/s is the best i can hope for.. good thing my mogul has WIFI... RDC sharing on my mogul with WIFI is sweet as heck

Same here, installing the correct dialer from PDAphoneHome works just fine. As far as I know there are not other dialers made specifically for the Mogul. Read it's thread and you will understand why.
