Thanks, I will do some searching for it.

Suggestion for the first post...

Either K-Mart or ImCoKeMaN - does it make sense to include how to configre the GPS settings, along with links to the user created third party GPS launching apps, so users have it up front? Seems like, as with any long thread, they download, have errors, and then post? Just an idea...

PS...nice work to everyone who made this happen! :)

put the rom on a microSD card on and load it that way

Hey guys. I installed the rom and the phone is working fine. But I still cannot get a GPS signal. I tried using Google Maps and Spring Navigation. I even did what a previous post said and was in the parking lot for ten minutes trying for it to pick up a signal. Now all of a sudden Google Maps says "Your GPS receiver does not appear to be responding." Please help.

UPDATE. I was able to get the GPS to work. It just clicked using Sprint Navigator. Now another problem arose. Google Maps does not want to load the GPS. It still gives me the "Your GPS receiver does not appear to be responding" error. I can start the GPS with Sprint Navigator, then open Google Maps and it'll work, but thats just tedious and having both applications open at the same time uses too much memory.

Also having the disconnect problem when trying to flash via USB from the computer. Formatted a SD card as FAT32 and put TITAIMG.nbh on it at root. Booted into bootloader and it stays on the rainbow screen with "serial" at the bottom and doesn't seem to do anything.

How long before something should happen? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? Immediately?

I installed this yesterday on my 6800 from sprint and the gps works great.I had to change it from com 4 to com 8, Only one question is there a way to fix the picture mail I installed the mms and it worked for a while, but as a week or so ago it will fail on every attempt.

When doing a hard reset with the TITAIMG.nbh file on your SD card. You should receive a prompt within seconds to ask you to hit power to begin the ROM flash. The actual flash from SD took less then 3 minutes.
