just to let you know I hvae no active sync at all. Again I am stuck in tht of the program as it is booting up

Did you try getting into the boot loader screen? Reboot while holding down the power, comm manager and camera buttons on the right. If you can get there, you can flash another ROM

As you know, Moguls have the MSM7500 chip which is the MSM7200 in CDMA format.

Keep an eye on these developments and I want to see a cooked ROM of Rev. A, GPS, and ATI Drivers if this all proves successful.
